WTL Building design consultants are a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm that provides architectural, structural, and civil engineering, surveying, and construction management. Our services include renovations, new buildings and extensions. We can submit planning permissions, work with building control, provide structural calculations, detailed blueprints and complete project management on behalf of our clients. Brainstorming

We like to provide you with high-tech visuals of how the finished build will look and also draft planning permissions at this stage. Once you are happy with the prototype we then finalise your design.
Completion
Once the design is ready, W T & L Consulting Ltd will move on to the construction stage and convert the design into reality. We work with builders and other tradesmen to ensure you get the best solutions at the best prices and we oversee everything to ensure that your project remains in budget and within the agreed time frame.
